Fairwinds Agency [Primary Client - Banana Republic Home]

Freelance UI/Interaction Designer, April 2023 - current

Fairwinds is a small agency working with luxury retail brands. My work has focused almost exclusively on the new Banana Republic Home website.

• Collaborated on design for Homepage, Mood board/Wishlist, Journal (The Atlas), and Category Pages. Lead the design for Shopping Cart/Checkout and Store Locator.

• Lead designer on all content pages, including: BR Atelier, Trade, Measuring & Delivery, Bedding Guide, Rug Guide, Swatches Landing Pages, Store Spotlight, etc.

• Contributed to establishing a design system within Figma, including a style guide and components library.

Pottery Barn

Senior Web Designer (UI/UX), April 2022 - April 2023

• Transitioned digital team from Sketch to Figma, created a library of responsive templates for web, email and social media, increasing cross-team collaboration.

• Created and maintained a design system in Figma.

• Redesigned several major evergreen pages, from concept to completion by gathering and evaluating user requirements, creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes.

• Lead designer for Fall ‘22, Spring ‘23, Summer ‘23 homepages, Summer ‘23 Lookbook, PB x Hailey Bieber Collaboration (landing page and cross channel marketing assets), Small Space Big Style Rebrand

• Redesigned ‘How-To’ module on all product pages as well as full content landing pages (ex: How-To hang a gallery wall), created template and style guide for future product & category launches.

• Designed cross-channel marketing campaigns, including landing pages, website banners, social media advertisements, and email campaigns.

• Worked with UX team, web developers, project managers, copywriters, and the merchandising team on creative direction, implementation and optimization.

Stella & Dot / Ever Skincare

Stella & Dot is a jewelry and fashion brand. EVER Skincare is a brand within Stella & Dot.

• Art directed product photo shoots and assisted on styled photo shoots.

• Helped evolve the brand identity of 3 separate brands: Ever (skincare), Stella & Dot (jewelry and apparel), and KEEP (personalized jewelry).

• Created and maintained a design system for each brand, as well as figma templates to help streamline the design process.

• Designed website landing pages for product launches and promotions. Collaborated on the redesign of the EVER and Stella & Dot homepage designs.

• Worked with the UX team to perform usability testing, refining designs for an optimal user experience.

• Designed cross channel marketing campaigns, including social media advertisements, website banners and graphics, email campaigns, and print collateral.

• Collaborated with marketing specialists and copywriters on creative direction for monthly campaigns, worked closely with web developers to QA website designs.
